Boxing is a great outlet for young people that teaches discipline, dedication, focus, self-defense and is the ultimate exercise for fitness and weightloss. Much more than just a workout, the classes also offer team-building exercises that help to increase confidence and create new friendships. Through encouraging one another and helping each other, we have seen our members grow socially as well as physically.
