Background: Nicole Robinson was born in Clearwater, Florida on July 15, 1999. She attended the dance program at John Hopkins Middle School and the Pinellas County Center for the Arts (PCCA) at Gibbs High School. Currently attending Hillsborough Community College as a dance major, Nicole plans to earn her A.A. in Dance by 2019.

Nicole was always a bouncy and active child, therefore her mother put her into Ballet and Tap at the age of 2. By the time she was 5, Nicole was training in Ballet,Tap, Hip Hop, Jazz, and Contemporary. Her pre-professional training began in 2013 under the instruction of Suzanne Pomerantzeff, Doricha C. Sales, and P. L. Paige Parks. Throughout the years, Nicole has performed with Todrick Hall, Joshua Allen, and ACT (under the direction of Alex Harris). She has also participated in Dracula, Chocolate Nutcracker, The Family Blessing, countless productions in PCCA, and various performances of The Nutcracker. In terms of instructing, Nicole has taught varying levels of Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Improvisation and Contemporary. She taught her first class at the age of 10 and has continued to allow more of her focus to go into teaching opportunities within the community.

L'Academie of Dance was created to give ALL students the highest quality classes available so if they choose later to apply what they have learned in a professional manner they have been given the correct tools to do so.

We provide a solid foundation of professional dance instruction which is based in classical ballet. Our dance program includes positive feed back, assesment, placement, coaching, performance and competition in a nuturing, caring and positive environment.

Every student is important to us! We work as a team to provide classes that are age appropriate, challenging, positive and goal oriented. Our focus is developing technique, artistry, confidence and happy dancers who excel in life.​
