STRETCH/TONE

STRETCHING & TONING

Stretch and Tone is open to students of all ages. We will work on flexibility in splits and bridges to assist with technique and skills in other classes. We will build muscle and endurance while doing a variety of strength and conditioning exercises. Students will find that after a few classes their muscles aren't as tight and they are growing stronger. This class can be taken alone or in conjunction with other classes to enhance technique and ability.
